RATES:

Individual lessons: $75 / month (for 4 weeks)
   * 30 minute sessions
   * One-on-one instruction
   * Student chooses area of study
   * Instruments available to rent upon request (please inquire for details...)

Group lessons: $60 / month (for 4 weeks)
   * Scheduled group lesson time - Saturdays @ 12:00pm
   * 1 hour sessions
   * Small class sizes
   * Need a minimum of 3 students per group
   * Ideal for beginners just getting started
   * One individual lesson is offered per month - free of charge!
   * Instruments available to rent upon request (please inquire for details...)

POLICIES:

* Lessons are to be held at scheduled time
* Students are expected to show up to lessons on time
* Payments are due at the start of a new 4 week session
* Checks should be made out to St. Croix Valley Church
* Lesson reschedulations must be made no later than 48 hours prior to lesson
* No refunds for no-shows
